Dabinett Year:1 YR Both varieties were popular choicesAn early November bittersweet cider apple. Vintage quality. Medium sized, dark red flecked and striped flush. Fresh and fragrant, very sweet with moderate astringency. Ripens end of October to mid November. Discovered by William Dabinett in a hedge in Somerset as a seedling (probably of Chisel Jersey).
